Hotel Location
Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel has a great location across from Golden Gate Park and offers excellent proximity to Haight/Ashbury & Golden Gate Park. The rooms were spacious but could use some renovation, and at times felt a bit cramped. The service was mixed, with some staff being amazing and accommodating, while others appeared disinterested. The dining options, although offering good coffee, were uninspired and with limited selection. The facilities were adequate, with a buffet-style dining area and the ability to make your own waffles.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and fresh-smelling but a bit noisy due to their location on the street. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was great for exploring the city but the dining experience fell short with pre-packaged options. Overall, I found good value for money with some minor drawbacks.
I stayed at this hotel located right at the edge of Golden Gate Park. The rooms were clean and charming, with a nice breakfast and wine tasting included. However, the room was quite small with almost no room to work in. The service was exceptional, with staff always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The location was excellent, being close to nice restaurants and just a few minutes walk from Golden Gate Park. The dining experience provided a good variety of breakfast options, though it could be inconsistent at times.
I was thrilled to find a large apartment-like suite that comfortably accommodated 5 guests. Initially skeptical, the room turned out to be absolutely adorable. However, there was a mix-up with room allocation to another guest, causing a slight inconvenience.
I was a bit disappointed by the room as it wasn't as nice as I expected considering it was on a busy street, leading to some rush hour street noise. The service, however, was exceptional, with everyone being very nice and friendly, although there was a minor hiccup with my reservations. The location was great and convenient, especially if you're a fan of Golden Gate Park, but the breakfast selection was a bit lacking in variety. The facilities were sufficient, and overall, it was a decent stay at this hotel.
